Melissa Thomas – Founder & CEO
Melissa Thomas was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, where she developed a passion for aviation and business from an early age. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to excel in the aerospace industry.
In 2008, Melissa founded M&G 26, LLC a woman-owned small business specializing in high-quality aircraft parts. Later M&G 26 rebranded as Anatajo Phoenix Exchange .
With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the aviation sector, she has built a trusted name in the industry, serving commercial, private, and government clients.
Under her leadership, Anatajo Phoenix Exchange continues to thrive, providing reliable aircraft components while fostering strong partnerships across the aerospace community. Melissa’s dedication to innovation, customer service, and quality ensures that her company remains a key player in keeping aircraft safe and operational.
